FAQ

Frequently asked questions about booking a Yacht Charter

How do I book?
Booking is simple - Just send us an e-mail via our contact form, or give us a call. We'll then contact you to confirm the price & availability, should your chosen yacht be unavailable we will do our best to find a very similar yacht. Once you are happy we will 'option' the yacht, you wish to charter, on your behalf, with no commitment or payment from you, for a period of 4-7 days. This will give time for you to organise your travel arrangements etc.. During this time, we will send you, by e-mail, the booking form and terms & conditions, or in the case of a fully crewed charter, the Charter agreement, approved by the relevant Ministry of Merchant Marine and protects your interests under that countries law and is a legal requirement for all yacht charters in each country.

Once we have received you signed agreement together with 50% deposit your charter booking is firm. Balance being due 30 days prior to the start of your charter.
How can I pay?
Most charters are invoiced in Euro, to be paid by bank transfer. If it is more convenient, we can accept payments, in Sterling, by Bacs. at the current exchange rate. Please advise at time of booking, so we can advise the current rate for each payment, and the Sterling account details. The only Credit card payments we can accept, must be in Sterling, and subject to a minimum 3.4% service charge ( depending upon your location, we will advise at time of booking).
